I seemed to have dropped recently, others have pointed it out too. Doc still says things are going find...did a test last week to see what the chances were of labor coming within the next 2 weeks and it came back negative...so thats good news for now! next appt is the 6th then they're down to one week after that! up to 155 lbs...thats 31 lbs...already past my goal...ugh. oh well. maybe i'll stick to it next time :D

Weeks 29 and 30

Week 29...the week when people stopped saying 'you dont even look pregnant from behind'. hahaha



Week 30...Yep...30!!! Next week i'll be in single digits...crazy...my 2 week appts also started which is exciting...still at home two days a week which is nice, but very tough to manage 18 people from my couch. Kind of easier to be in the office but nice to not have to find clothes that fit :D

Had my sugar test done and all was well...still having the normal contractions pretty much throughout the whole day, but doing what I can to avoid bringing them on myself. Definitely carrying lower this time and the belly seems MUCH bigger, further proven by the additional stretch marks already...but all in all its been great so far!

Little creepo from sonogram on Thursday...all seems good...baby weighs about 2.5 lbs and is in the 50th percentile so right on track...

Weeks 23, 24

Had some visitors and lots of fun activities to enjoy the fall...doc appt tomorrow should tell if i've done too much! we'll see if bedrest is in the future again!

I think my favorite parts of these weeks have been the comments, specifically at work...people just crack me up. Two instances are the mail guy from our building, in which we had the following exchange:

Mail Guy: Not much longer huh?

Me: Well...a couple months still, little more than half way there

Mail Guy: Months? I thought weeks!

Me: no, *laughing* - couple months

Mail Guy: well thats right, you were big with your first one too

Me: ok well have a nice day!

Second exchange with cafeteria lady:

Caf Lady: So when exactly ARE you due???

Me: *laughing* February

Caf Lady: Are you sure???

Me: yep

Caf Lady: well i mean you're all belly so its ok

Me: ok well have a nice day! (while thinking in my head nice attempt to cover up haha)

I love people.

Also had a woman at Target walk by and just tell me randomly that i was having a boy. nothing else was said, she didnt slow down, just told me i was having a boy and kept on moving.

Can't believe we're more than half way there already. Hate that it goes so fast :(

Contractions pretty much daily, nothing too intense...trying to take it easy and although Todd is great and doing everything in his power to make me relax, its really hard to not play with the little punk so it should be an entertaining next few months!

Next appt in a couple weeks and we COULD find out the sex...but not gonna :P

Also started to feel some kicks about a week ago so thats pretty much been amazing to get a little feel of every day!

Weeks 13 and 14

Weeks 13 and 14 came and went with a few little trips in between. Just had 15 week check up today and all is great. Baby is right on track, 140 beats per minute, down quite a lot from last time but thats pretty normal. I've gained about 3 lbs so far in the 3 months so although that sounds all fine and dandy, we all know that wont last :D

Weeks 10, 11, 12

So far so good. Had our second check up last Wed and got to hear a little heartbeat again. All seems well. Gained one lb. trying to see if I can keep it under 30 this time! Been feeling a ton better, still have my moments here and there but mainly just tired now. Zach keeps us busy though and Daddy's been an absolute trooper at pretty much doing EVERYTHING around the house. Here's the last few weeks...its going so fast already! Already in my 13th week! Almost through the first trimester!

Round 2!

Figured we'd just continue the old blog site to make it easier for me to remember :D Becaaauuuse as of June 7, 2011, we found out Zach's gonna be a big brother! We're all very excited and Zach knows 'whats in mommy's belly', and even tells you that he wants a sister every time you ask between the two options...but i'm pretty sure he just likes the word and has no idea what it means.

Hesitant to even post pictures this time because its RIDICULOUS how early i'm showing this time. Last summer really got my butt in gear and lost all my baby weight and then some...then winter hit :D Gained some of that weight back and no doubt it went straight to the belly, and there it stayed.

Its been hit or miss so far. A few days after we found out I immediately started feeling pretty awful...some days struggling to do anything but lie down. the last week or so has been better (sometimes i'd prefer to feel awful knowing that means somethings going on), but its been nice to be able to eat some things here and there.

Here's weeks 7, 8 and 9. I'll do my best to post pics weekly, wont be putting them on facebook and i'm sure little man will be making appearances in the belly pics along the way.
